Do you have a family member that is in a nursing or assisted living facility, and are disappointed in the care of your loved one has received? OR, are you faced with making the decision to place a loved one in a care facility? These decisions are difficult and painful to answer. There are alternatives. Do you think you could provider better care for your loved one personally? If you answered yes, Sincere Care would like to offer you support and compensation for the care of your love one.
Medicaid Supported Compensation
You or your loved one may qualify for programs that would allow for the loved one to stay in their own home and provide care in the home. Sincere Care is a provider of these services, and can provide the staffing, but did you know that the staffing could be you, and that you could receive monetary compensation for your service!?!
What Can a Medicaid Waiver Do For You and Your Loved Ones?
A Medicaid Waiver for the Aged & Disabled provides a variety of services to the recipients. These services exist to allow your loved ones to remain in their homes or your home for as long as they are able. Some of these programs are;
- In home meal delivery
- Transportation to appointments and errands
- Housekeeping and cleaning services
- Attendant care services which include grooming and personal care
- Day programs which allow for social interaction and mental stimulation
A Medicaid Waiver for the Aged & Disabled provides several services beyond What is listed here. It is the responsibility of your Case Manager to connect you to the proper services your need. Sincere Care works with you and the Case Manager to achieve the best outcomes for your loved ones, and provide guidance on what services you might need.

Sincere Care would like to provide you with training, resources, and a salary to do what you're already committed to, providing care for your loved one(s).
How Do I Become a Family Caregiver?
You must first learn if your loved one qualifies for service. Please click the tab titled, "Service Request Form", or CLICK HERE to access the questionnaire. You may also contact us over the phone. Please call 317-892-8182 Ext 2 to speak with a representative about this process. Please leave a message if we are unable to answer your call right away. A representative will contact you to discuss the needs of your loved one and their current living arrangement. Sincere Care will assist you in applying to the proper governing agencies.
There are some qualifications that you have to meet to be the Family Caregiver for your loved one. The funds that support this program and others like it are provided by the state and there are rules associated with it. In order to provide Attendant or medical care of any kind in the state of Indiana you have to be able to pass a criminal background check that has no felonies (there are some limited exceptions).
It is a Sincere Care policy that all Family Caregivers be classified as 1099 employees in which you will be responsible for your own tax withholdings.
